State Manufactured Crime is alive and well!

After listening to MPD’s Dean Newport’s testimony today, it appears state manufactured crime is a thriving business in Milwaukee. 

“Create a crime” and “Prosecution for profit” appears to be the money generator for the city of Milwaukee.

Milwaukee’s metal manufacturing may be declining, but state manufactured crime is alive and well. Flynn’s and Chisholm’s evil empires are alive,well, flourishing and creating manufactured crime.

Trial by “beeps”

The jurors were forced to listen to thousands of beeps from an antiquated phone answering machine.  The prosecution strategy of boring the jurors into submission does not appear to be accepted well by the jurors.

For the first time today MCC was able to hear the evidence of the audio tapes

Shame on the D.A.’s office for wasting the time of jurors.

If there is a case of entrapment and malicious prosecution, this is one of them.
