illuminating hidden truths

When is a confidential informant no longer confidential?

Megan Williamson, Milwaukee Assistant District Attorney working under the supervision of John Chisholm, revealed in court proceedings the convicted criminal Michael Bond as a  confidential informant working jointly with both MPD and the ATF involving gun sting operations.

Megan Williamson, after revealing and exposing Michael Bond for the whole world to see last year, continues to refer to Michael Bond in court proceedings as a confidential informant.

Michael Bond has been no stranger to the courts, or to this site.

Milwaukee County Corruption does not consider the criminal Michael Bond as a confidential informant and we will continue to reveal the criminals as we find them .

Michael Bond has been featured on this site several times.

From my understanding of court records today, Michael Bond was charged with 1000 kilos of marijuana and plead guilty to 100 kilos of marijuana.

Michael Bond's prison sentencing continues to be postponed for numerous reasons unknown to Milwaukee County Corruption .

While Michael Bond awaits sentencing,
he continues to work with MPD's Dean Newport and the ATF to  attempt to reduce his sentence by setting up sting operations, including purchasing and selling guns.

Michael Bond will again be featured  on this site.

Megan Williamson has had some bumpy roads as a prosecutor including a civil 1983 case filed against her, she will also be featured on this site in the near future.

illuminating hidden truths

ATF, MPD, and the Milwaukee County Prosecutors Office appear to have a common method of operation by using/abusing the mentally challenged and disabled as “CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANTS” for Criminal Investigations:

Take the case of Attorney Thomas Barrett.

Milwaukee Police along with ATF agents arrested Attorney Thomas Barrett in August of 2011 for purchasing a silencer.

Mr. Barrett’s case is currently set for trial next month in Milwaukee County.

According to records in Milwaukee County Court,  Assistant District Attorney Megan Williamson identified a “confidential informant” as being MICHAEL BOND.

It would appear this disclosure was an “administrative” error by the DA’s office by identifying a “Federal Informant” by name in court records filed.

Michael Bond’s story has been featured several times on this site, but the story gets even more incredible, according to information revealed EXCLUSIVELY to this site.

Michael Bond was using a disabled individual named MARK GIERCZAK to aid him in leading to the arrest of Attorney Tom Barrett.

Mr. Gierczak has an extensive criminal and civil record, mostly resulting from his mental disability;  Mr. Giersczak had been receiving Social Security Disability for several years prior to meeting Michael Bond.

Michael Bond was placed under the control of MPD Dean Newport by the ATF.  Under Dean Newport’s supervision, Michael Bond used Mark Gierczak as an informant.

This is where the story gets a little hard to follow.
The discussions between Bond and Gierczak somehow put Atty. Tom Barrett on the ATF radar.

However, with the knowledge that MCC has acquired, the prosecution’s case is empty to show how Atty. Tom Barrett is or ever was a threat to the public.

Dean Newport with others from the ATF involved in Fearless Distributing instructed Michael Bond to make contacts with the instructions to solicit gun buyers.

With an overzealous Michael Bond to reduce his prison sentence by bringing the gun violators in.  It was a recipe for disaster.
Fearless Distributing was fatally flawed by both the MPD and ATF.
The lack of intelligence, planning, focus, controls and supervision created Keystone Cops on Steroids.

The M4 automatic machine gun is currently out on the streets because of ignorance, arrogance, and lack of discipline by involved government officials.

AND who are these agencies protecting?

And Mark Gierczak?  Mark has been living in transitional settings for the last several years.

Mr. Gierczak is no stranger to being homeless or living on the streets.

Illuminating hidden truths

ADA reveals confidential informant

Megan Williamson,  Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney reveals A.T.F. / Milwaukee Police Department confidential informant Michael Bond.

During heated arguments in Milwaukee court in June, 2012, Megan Williamson blundered during oral arguments and revealed Michael Bond as a confidential informant who worked with the ATF and Milwaukee Police in undercover operations.

During these same court proceedings of June, 2012,   MCC believes Megan Williamson made false, misleading and erroneous statements to the court.     MCC believes Megan Williamson acted with informational disconnect between the D.A.’s office, MPD, MPD’s Dean Newport and the ATF.  Either way;  Milwaukee D.A. John Chisholm and Milwaukee Police Department Chief Edward Flynn should held accountable for the conduct of their employees.

Michael Bond is a joint MPD/ATF confidential informant attempting to negotiate his freedom and prison sentence thru entrapment.  MCC has contended that the use of Michael Bond; a drug kingpin, touted by both Federal and Milwaukee law enforcement authorities, should be in jail and not being used as a confidential informant.

According to our sources, MPD’s Dean Newport is directing Michael Bond’s acts on behalf of MPD and ATF sting operations. These operations include drug running, gun trafficking and gang violence.

Further; according to our sources, Michael Bond, while under the lack of proper supervision, and or control of the ATF and MPD, has reestablished his criminal network of drug trafficking.

It appears that Michael Bond has been using a black Mercedes SUV, Wisconsin plate #   670 JZS.  This SUV has been kept and parked at a Post Office parking lot.   This SUV is registered to a Milwaukee northsider named Joe Smith .

The KEYSTONE COPS could come up with better police work and cover.
