The DNR shut it's website down so the site would not be used against itself.   Social media is powerful medicine.

There is a longing for logic and common sense in all branches of government.  The "jack Booted" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackboot   raid on the "No kill "animal shelter was another example of   our post 9/11  militarization of our civil servants  positions.  Our government officials are out of touch with common sense and logic.
